Windows にインストールする

PowerShell で tarball をダウンロードして展開し、そのフォルダーを PATH に追加します。

Windows のサポートは実験的です。ご自身の判断で利用してください。
より安定した環境には Windows Subsystem for Linux（WSL）を推奨します。

手動インストール

CLI の tarball を取得する

Nanocl の tarball は、GitHub のリリースページから直接取得できます。
次のコマンドでダウンロードして展開することもできます。

Invoke-WebRequest -Uri "https://github.com/next-hat/nanocl/releases/download/nanocl-0.18.0/nanocl_0.18.0_windows_amd64.tar.gz" -OutFile "$dst\nanocl.tar.gz"

展開後のディレクトリ構成:

<extract-dir>
├─ bin\
│  └─ nanocl.exe (the nanocl binary)
└─ share\
   └─ man\
      └─ man1\   (multiple man pages for nanocl and its subcommands)
# Windows 10+ includes tar
& tar -xzf "$dst\nanocl.tar.gz" -C $dst
# The binary is under bin\nanocl.exe
$bin = Join-Path $dst 'bin'
# Add to PATH (current session):
$env:Path = "$env:Path;$bin"
# Or copy to a directory already in PATH (requires admin):
# Copy-Item (Join-Path $bin 'nanocl.exe') "$env:ProgramFiles\nanocl\nanocl.exe" -Force

ソースからビルドする

別のアーキテクチャを使っている場合や、ソースからビルドしたい場合の手順です。

前提条件:

  • Rust ツールチェーンをインストール: https://www.rust-lang.org/tools/install 
  • Visual Studio Build Tools（C++ ビルドツール）または動作する MSVC ツールチェーン
  • 同梱されていない場合は OpenSSL と libpq の開発用ライブラリー。Windows では、利用可能であれば通常ビルド時に静的リンクされます
cargo install nanocl
